Returns Policy

Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper -resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened and must be returned within 30 days of dispatch.


If you wish to return an item for a refund/replacement, send the items back to the below address. If you no longer have your invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number and reason for return.
Please note that you must get in touch with us to approve any returns before sending the item back.


The cost of the return postage is due to be paid by the customer unless the item is sent to the customer in a damaged condition.
Your order will be returned to London Health Supplies where your refund/replacement will be processed within 10 working days.
